These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and j8abc ("j8abc," "we," "us," "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at j8abc.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing j8abc.app, creating an account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any future amendments published on the Platform.

• You are a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. j8abc strictly enforces the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. Registration by or on behalf of any person below the age of 21 is prohibited.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where accessing j8abc would violate applicable local law.
• You have not been diagnosed with or identified as having a problem gambling condition that has resulted in a voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion from any gaming platform.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or close relative (within the second degree of consanguinity) of j8abc or any of its affiliated game providers, software vendors, or payment processors.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or intermediary for any third party.

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) active registered account on j8abc at any time. The existence of more than one account registered to or used by the same individual — whether identified by name, mobile number, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or other identifying factor — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information required by j8abc during the registration or KYC process. You further agree to promptly update any such information in the event it changes.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your j8abc username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account, including using a strong, unique password and enabling any two-factor authentication options offered by the Platform.

3.3 Unauthorized Access

You must notify j8abc immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of your account security. j8abc shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.4 Account Currency

All j8abc accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) by default. All deposits, game wagers, winnings, bonus awards, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific game or promotional context.

j8abc operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") program in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. All accounts are subject to KYC verification before withdrawal functionality is fully enabled.

4.1 Required Documents

j8abc accepts deposits through a range of payment methods specifically selected for Philippine players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and over-the-counter cash deposit channels such as 7-Eleven CLiQQ and Cebuana Lhuillier.

5.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) are credited to your j8abc account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer processing times depend on the sending institution and the payment network used (InstaPay: typically under 15 minutes; PESONet: next banking day).

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction and the reporting of the transaction to Philippine authorities as required by law.

Withdrawals of real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) are available to all accounts that have successfully completed KYC verification. j8abc processes withdrawal requests in the order received, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

6.1 Processing Times

j8abc targets the following withdrawal processing times for verified accounts:

Processing times are targets, not guarantees. Delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume, scheduled maintenance, or due to additional verification requirements triggered by internal risk controls.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

j8abc may decline or delay a withdrawal request under the following circumstances:

• KYC verification is incomplete or documentation is outstanding
• Active bonus funds with pending wagering requirements are attached to the account balance
• A security hold has been placed on the account pending investigation of suspected fraud or policy violation
• The requested withdrawal amount exceeds the daily or weekly withdrawal limit applicable to the account tier
• The payment method requested is not the same method used for the most recent deposit (first-withdrawal matching requirement)

6.3 Unclaimed Funds

Account balances that remain inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to ₱200 per month, applied until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated through a successful login. j8abc will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder at the registered mobile number or email address before any dormancy fees are applied.

j8abc offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and referral rewards (collectively, "Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement when accepted.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus funds awarded to your j8abc account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus balance (and any winnings generated from it) can be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless a specific Promotion states otherwise, the default wagering requirement applicable to j8abc bonus funds is twenty-five times (25x) the bonus amount received.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each Promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• j8abc reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus in the event of suspected bonus abuse, duplicate account activity, or violation of this Agreement.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion, using excluded payment methods to trigger bonus eligibility, placing low-risk hedged bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit Promotions in a manner inconsistent with their spirit — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the forfeiture of all related bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on j8abc are supplied by third-party game providers whose software operates using certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical game mechanics streamed in real time. The outcome of all games is determined independently of j8abc's operational systems.

8.1 Game Outcomes

j8abc does not control, influence, or have the ability to alter game outcomes. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages are theoretical long-run values determined by the game provider and represent the expected payout over millions of game rounds, not any guaranteed return over any individual session.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that affects game outcome recording or display, j8abc reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the wager amounts to the affected player accounts. Winnings generated from a game session affected by a confirmed technical malfunction may be withheld pending investigation. The decision of j8abc's technical team regarding malfunctions shall be final and binding.

8.3 Disconnections

If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, j8abc's system will continue to process the round according to its predetermined logic where technically possible. j8abc is not liable for connection interruptions caused by your internet service provider, mobile network, or device. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on j8abc and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account on j8abc, regardless of the identity or payment method used
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with j8abc
• Using any automated software, bot, script, macro, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, including to place bets, navigate the lobby, or claim bonuses
• Colluding with other players on j8abc or on any connected platform to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or coordinated wagering in sports betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings, or access not intended by j8abc
• Using j8abc for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to j8abc's systems, databases, or the accounts of other players
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j8abc staff, support agents, or other players

j8abc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal instruction from a payment provider
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a competent Philippine authority
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion under j8abc's Responsible Gaming policy

Upon account termination for reasons attributable to a breach by you, any remaining real-money balance is subject to review and may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Upon termination at your own request in good standing, all real-money balances (net of any pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered Philippine payment method within 5 business days.

Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership of or license to any j8abc IP beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as contemplated by this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any j8abc IP without the express prior written consent of j8abc.

Game content displayed on j8abc is owned by and licensed from the respective game providers. All rights in such content are reserved by those providers. Any dispute regarding game content, design, or trademarks must be directed to the relevant provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j8abc, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damage caused by a third party's unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in Platform services caused by circumstances beyond j8abc's reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or regulatory action
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of information provided on the Platform, including game RTP data, odds information, or promotional material

j8abc's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j8abc collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on j8abc, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

j8abc handles all player personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, customer support, and regulatory reporting obligations.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of j8abc, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting j8abc support at [email protected]. j8abc will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to your complaint within five (5) business days and to work toward a mutually satisfactory resolution within thirty (30) days.

15.2 Formal Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any dispute relating to this Agreement.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis only. You expressly waive any right to bring a class action, collective action, or representative action against j8abc.

j8abc reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the Platform with the revised effective date prominently displayed at the top of this page.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, withdrawal conditions, or game participation rules — j8abc will provide advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.
